Custom Design Timeline
For custom designs needed for a special event, please reach out at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure we can meet your deadline. Simply get in touch to discuss your ideas, and we’ll do our best to have your piece ready on time!
Order Delivery
If you’re ordering both original artwork and prints, please note that these will be delivered separately due to the delicate nature of original pieces. This ensures each item arrives safely and in perfect condition.
